Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Architect with over 3 years of proven expertise in the architectural field, specifically in shop drawings and detailed drawings for commercial building projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the creation and management of these detailed documents, demonstrating proficiency in Revit and BIM. This is a remote position, providing the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed shop drawings and construction documentation using Revit and BIM.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with MEP and structural teams to integrate their feedback and requirements.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with project goals and specifications in all detailed drawings.

Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of architectural documentation.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of commercial building design principles and industry standards.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in detailed architectural design, with a focus on commercial buildings.

Proficient in REVIT / BIM software.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
