Business Plus

Business Plus is located in New Cairo, Egypt. The building consists of 7 administration floors, 2 commercial floors and 1
basement floor. Both internal and external themes aim to connect the open spaces with the indoor spaces through skylights, internal gardens and roof tops.
The challenge was to provide a unique, simple and applicable design.

There were lots of limitations regarding the building and the site constraints, which left us with very few ideas to apply. Ultimately, a very simple shape manipulation that could give the building a wider facade, was our final approach .
