The Twisting Towers project is poised to become an iconic landmark in Casablanca, featuring a unique architectural design with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. This 10,000-square-meter development includes a commercial complex, a business center, a 5-star hotel, and a residential building. The north tower offers luxurious residential units, while the south tower houses the hotel and business center. We are excited to contribute to Casablanca's skyline with this innovative project.
Our design team embarked on an ambitious journey to create an iconic architectural landmark, facing numerous challenges along the way. Our goal was to seamlessly integrate the diverse functions of the towers while minimizing their environmental impact on the surrounding neighborhood. We explored multiple ideas, rigorously testing each one to ensure we could unlock the project's full potential.
In the end, we oriented and manipulated the towers' forms to optimize their orientation, reduce solar radiation, and minimize shadow impact on the neighborhood and surrounding streets. The complementary shapes and orientations of the towers were carefully designed to always offer the best city views. The result is a visually stunning and efficient mixed-use development that perfectly balances the needs of residents and visitors alike, embodying the harmony between form, function, and environmental responsibility. This project stands as a testament to our commitment to innovative and sustainable architecture.
