Senior Architectural Project Coordinator
 

Location: New Cairo, Egypt or hypered

In this role, you'll lead the development of architectural packages across all project stages—from concept design to construction documentation—while coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee architectural design packages, ensuring high-quality outputs at every project phase (concept, schematic, design development, tender, and construction documentation).

• Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

• Uphold the architectural vision by finding creative, functional, and efficient solutions to design challenges.

• Lead coordination efforts with MEP, structural, and civil consultants to ensure seamless integration of systems.

• Utilize advanced skills in BIM software to produce and manage architectural models, ensuring quality and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale residential and commercial projects.

• Expertise in BIM software and architectural tools.

• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a plus).
